Sorry guys for taking so long to get back with u, me and Beyonce were hanging out ha ha. We ended up losing the last game of the Revue against the Mavericks. They out played us and out worked us. We struggled with our transition defense that's where they did most damage. It was a pleasure and I'm thankful for the opportunity to play summer league with the Jazz. The state of Utah was an interesting place LOL! I enjoyed the coaching staff and playing with a group of guys who want to accomplish the same things and be in the NBA. It's been a great summer! I've been blessed to play and showcase my skills to different teams. My plan for the rest of the summer is to continue to work out and get stronger and star in a couple of Hollywood block buster movies ill let u guys know when LOL. Even when the road seems tough to the NBA I'm going to keep pushing. The greater the struggle, the greater the victory. I want to thank God for giving me this opportunity to share my dream and experience with you guys. Thank You guys for your support and taking time out to read the best blog in the world Lol. I want to thank the Mad Ants for selecting me to blog. Shout outs to my family, Mia Mia, Muffin, Dairy Queen's Oreo blizzard, Devin Hall, Patty Melt, Corey and Ante.

Hola my people! Today is another day and I'm glad to be alive. We played Atlanta last night which was a rematch from our Tuesday night loss to them. It was a different story last night. We jumped out to an early lead and kept the pressure on them. They ended up coming back in the third quarter and we were down 5 points going into the 4th. It went down to the wire and we were able to pull it out and win. So now we have won 3 games in a row. The chemistry and the defense is clicking and we are having some fun. We play tonight against the Dallas Mavericks. I'm looking forward to it. By the way I checked out Step Brothers today it was OK. I give it 2 out of 4 stars but hey go see it for yourself you might like it more than me but I doubt it .Until tomorrow people I'll be back have a blessed evening.....
Shout Out to the World

Hey guys, I know it’s been a minute but my week has been extremely busy! Have no fear Earl is here, Ha Ha. Summer League is going pretty well with the Jazz. Last Friday the Rocky Mountain Revue kicked off. Our first game was against the San Antonio Spurs. We started the game out strong and kept it close in the first half. When the second half came around we ran out of gas and ended up losing the game by double digits. We struggled with turnovers and executing the offense. You can't win a game if you can't take of the ball and score points against the opposition.
Our second game was against the Atlanta Hawks and my former Mad Ants teammate Jeremy Richardson. It was fun playing against J-Rich! Before and throughout the entire game we exchanged some trash talk, LOL. The night before we played him he scored 21 points and has been playing very well. I know from being his teammate, that when he gets hot he doesn't miss. I look at Jeremy as someone to emulate because he was in the same position that I am in. He worked really hard and was able to play in the NBA with the Hawks for the end of last season. I was happy for him, he deserved it. We came out strong against the Hawks but lost a double digit first half lead. We started to turn the ball over and they switched on all screens which threw us off and kept us from getting into an offensive rhythm. We ended up losing the game. Afterwards, he told me he was proud of me and encouraged me to keep working hard… I told him the same. We have another shot at them tomorrow.... Ha Ha
We had an off day on Sunday and I was amped to go see The Dark Knight. I was going to see it Thursday night but the showing started at midnight and I had a game the next day so I waited until Sunday which almost killed me because I'm a movie fanatic! I was going through withdrawal not being able to see it the day it came out. The movie was so good! I saw it twice LOL but I made sure I caught both matinee shows, ticket prices are too high after 6pm LOL... Heath Ledger deserves an Oscar for that performance. It was kind of disturbing how well he played that part. The only bad thing that I have to say about the movie is Batman's voice, they need to fire his voice coach because he was TERRIBLE. Anyone can imitate his voice LOL just try it after seeing the movie… they should have had someone like me! Ha Ha - DON'T HATE!
Back to the subject at hand, we played Monday against the Iran National team. It was a very interesting game. We began with a ceremony where we exchanged items with the Iranian players. We gave them Utah Jazz hats and they gave us pins with their team name on them. The Iranian teamed played really hard and competed well against us, they had just as many fans as we did. Their fans were loud and one of them had a kazoo or something and kept blowing it the whole game… it was very annoying, LOL. In the end, we beat the Iranian team and began our winning streak of 1 game. (By the way I recommend everyone pick up the Apple 3g phone, it’s worth it! Thanks Jeff, LOL)
Last night we played against the New Jersey Nets. It was a hard fought battle the whole night. We were trailing going into half time by double digits. The second half came around and we kept fighting and pushing our way back into the game. With 3 minutes left in the fourth quarter we went on a run and beat the Nets by 8 points. So that's two W’s now! We have an off day today so I'm being super lazy. We have two more games left… we need to finish the Revue up strong! By the way the movie Step Brothers is coming out Friday so go check it out. Be blessed and have fun, I'll talk to you guys tomorrow!
Shout out time - Jake and Studio 13 (Lakers all the way Ha Ha), Vanilla Ice, Tag Team, Devin, The Miller family.

I'm back like Brett Favre.... Well sort of Ha Ha. I've been out in Utah practicing with the Jazz for the past three days preparing for the Rocky Mountain Review... We've been practicing twice a day and its going pretty well. The Coaching staff is introducing the offensive principles and defensive sets to us. We seem to be getting the hang of it. I'm adjusting to the Jazz’s offense as well, I had to slow myself down a lot and take my time which is good because I'm learning how to play at a different pace. It’s been very competitive and fun. I'm enjoying Salt Lake City and thankful for this opportunity to play for the Jazz…
Everyone… It’s About That Time… it’s time for Shout-Outs.
Shout-Out to the Whole World.
You Guys Be Blessed, I'm about to make like a Tree and Leave Ha Ha

We played hard and lost another close game, but overall we had a good week of summer league basketball. Everyone was fantastic, including the coaching staff, my fellow players and all involved with this week in Orlando. NBA Summer League is officially over and “I Came, I Saw, I'm Tired (Veni, Vidi, Earl).” I am truly grateful for the opportunity to represent the Indiana Pacers this summer. It was definitely a blessing. I’m looking forward to going home for a couple of days and partying like Rick James (without the drugs of course)! But seriously, it will be good to get to see my family and many of the other people who have served as my support system. Talk to you guys later. I also have to send a shout out to Edmond, Lesha, Heidi, Mom and Pops, Nard, JB, Terrance, Mr. Fred, Big Larry, Allen, Cassie, Troy, the Price family and……..the Village People, Y-M-C-A (for all of my fellow Mad Ants)! God Bless, stay tuned, buenas tardes.

Hola … we had another tough game tonight we ended up losing at the buzzer by two. We competed and played hard but the ball didn't roll our way tonight. We tip our hats to the Magic. Tomorrow we have a chance to tie for 1st in the summer league. We have to regroup and bounce back..... We play New Jersey tomorrow at 11am we have a quick turn around so we have to make sure we get some rest... Shout outs to Karen and Skye Ha Ha
Coach Jackson and I have been “choppin” (choppin means talking and hanging out LOL) it up everyday since we've been down here in Orlando. He's down here evaluating and learning new things as a head coach and he also is keeping me encouraged and telling me what I'm doing wrong and how I can improve. A lot of people don't know that coach J is one of the most dedicated coaches there is.. Just hanging with him brought back memories of Playing for the Mad Ants (shout outs to The Fort) he wants what's best for the team and his players. Its been good seeing Coach J and Jay Fry down here, Earl is wondering WHERE IS JACKIE MOON A.K.A JEFF POTTER is at LOL LOL. You Guys Be Blessed 10 4 I'm out

Day 2… game tonight at 7pm against the Chicago Bulls... Very good team that has tons of talent. We had a good walk through this morning in shoot around. We went over the keys things we needed to improve on from the game last night into tonight's game. We played really hard throughout the whole game. They made fewer mistakes than we did and that was the determining factor to the outcome of the game. I had too many Turnovers and that's not acceptable ... The Bulls ended up beating us. That game is over now we have to improve off what we didn't do tonight and apply it into tomorrow's game so we can bounce back strong. Day “Dos” down, 3 days to go......

Today was a good day we woke up around 8 o clock this morning because we had shoot around at 9 AM. During shoot around we went over the game plan and prepared for the Sonics this evening... It was pretty interesting in the lay up line before the game looking over at the opposing end seeing DJ White a former teammate and good friend of mine. We looked at each other with a smirk excited to play against one another... It was a tough game, we played well but we had a lot of turnovers. We have to make better decisions and continue to improve on every aspect of the game. It was a blessing to be out there and getting the victory. One day down four more to go ......
